I wanna buy an Albino Pacman frog. How should I house this type of frog? What should I buy for it?

Like I said, I want to buy an Albino Pacman frog. I was wondering what your experiences were with housing and keeping a pacman frog. What you would suggest buying for it as far as housing it, and how should I house it? I'm trying to stay cheap too, so what would you advise overall for caring a Albino Pacman frog. Hopefully, I can get a baby one :)
