Which one is better, flute or harp?

Right now I'm in 8th grade and I decided to play a flute. When I went to a music store, I saw a harp and that is when I felt like I wanted to play the harp too. I have to chose between the two of them..but I don't know which one I should do... I heard that you have to put in a lot of breath when playing the flute...and it's kind of hard to play the flute using your stomach and everything..OH and I would also like to know if the harp can damage your fingers or not. Thank you.
