Unfair bank charges and debt collectors?

theyve bumped it up coz other agencies had to get involved and they charge a fee to do so which they demanded you pay.with the banks weve just claimed 2600.00 and won although we had to take them to court to do so.i heard last week that all bank claims are on hold for the moment though.for more info try martin lewis's website..moneysaving expert.co.uk.
