My puppy eats soooo much. Should I let her?

She is 6 weeks old and a rottweiler pit bull mix. (I know she's young her mom died so the owner let her go early) She is fed Science Diet small bites. I switched from Purina (slowly of course) Here is her schedule. 4am: Wake up Mom, go potty. 4 10 run to bowl and eat before mom catches, 4 20 go back in cage. 5 00 go potty run for food bowl. 6 00 wake up eat a formal breakfast. then we play go potty train and i go to school. my grandma cares for her while im at school. Anyway. My puppy will eat and eat. She has a bowl that is just hers. She will eat half a cup 4 times a day (that's what vet said to give her) She's growing fast. already 10 pounds. She is so much bigger than her sis. Should I let her eat, or make her stop. I figured feed her a little more, like 10 more kibbles. I heard puppies will eat until they puke. I don't want that to happen. Help please. Her vet is out of town until Wednesday, so no help.
