How did Cain and abel have children or fill the world if there were no women?

Everybody knows the story of Adam and Eve (the first humans on earth in the bible) Well, they had 2 children Cain and Abel. The Question I want to know is how did cain and abel fill the earth (have children) if there was no women around for them to have babies with.
