Fell into cold water, may have a problem.?

I was on an iceberg trip in alaska and my fricken brother pushed me in as a joke. at first i wasnt that mad because last night a put a pube in his chocolate donut & i was just cold. but when i got home i flipped out! my dinky was like frickin 1mm! and hasnt changed for like several hours maybe more.. im afraid its stuck. fact or fiction?
