Can NV extradite from IA while there's a court date in MO?

My daughter got stopped for speeding in IA (we live in MO, about 22 miles from IA) & was arrested due to a 9 felony warrant to extradite her back to NV. We knew nothing about this. Meanwhile, she has a court date in MO on 1/6 regarding a felony C. Does anyone know if extradition to NV could be postponed until after her MO court date? Also, the bail amount is 10% of 33,000.00 + collateral - none of which we have, so would she still be allowed to got to her court date in MO from the IA jail? Any infor would be very helpful.
