Jefferson Airplane/J.Starship?

I love find your way back. Thats my favorite song from Jefferson Starship. The thing is, IMO,during the 60s I felt that Jefferson Airplane was more of an expermintal type group, placed right in the middle of the , drugs, rock and roll movement. When they started replacing band members and Mickey Thomas joined, they went commercial.Then in the mid 80s they went completely commercial. Gone were the days of White Rabbit. It all became mainstream rock and roll created more for the charts than for themselves =(
