Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Horrible Vapirism stuck in a situation.?

you need to feed on someone. if they are freaking out on you then its time to suck some blood and get normal again. that will fix all your problems... unless your stuck at a save outside and nowhere near any caves or buildings... if thats the case i guess its time to get creative...
