I'm about to put an offer in on a condo, but I've reviewed the contract and there are a few things that I'd like to take out or have revised. My realtor advised me to call a lawyer before making the offer in order to get his advice on the proceedings - whether to go forth with the offer and handle the legal issues during attorney review, or to go over the contract before writing up the offer...? I'm not sure what to do, as I don't presently have an attorney and I do not want to be charged prior to attorney review if I don't have to. Does anyone know the proper proceedings or have any advice as to my next step? Thanks everyone.

Good Idea for a comic.?Here's the plot. Jason Partokallos is a teenager attending University of Miami, and the son of a MS-13 gang member. Jason's father decides to rat out his gang and is killed. days earlier Jason is accidently injected with a syrup which turns bones and outer covering into bronze. He is given the power to fly, shoot fire out of his hands and his body is bulletproof. Vowing to avenge his father's death he becomes Skullman, wearing a skull mask and a flexible red and blue suit. Unfortuanatly life doesn't get any easier when he finds out his y redhead girlfriend Uma Williams is the supervillain Poison, who is trying to protect Jason yet still get away with her crimes, and get's an arch enemy in the Iron gagurnaut Iron Mask, who is really the leader of the vicous MS-13 gang that killed his father. His girlfriends don't get mutch better after Poison sacrifices herself for Skullman. His next girlfriend is Julia Knom, who is really a vampire. Skullman relleuctantly helps to lift the vampire curse form Julia after she saves him from Judas, who is reincarnated as a vampire. Eventually, Skullman get's back with Poison, and they try to work out their relationship even though Poison is still a criminal and Skullman still a Superhero while they help fight Black Cross, a ninja supervillain and master of the shruiken, who is sent by Iron Mask to asinate Skullman. he doesn't know what to do and goes under cover when the ninja goes after him but is secretly under cover as bone jaw a man who joins up with Iron mask then kills the ninja secretly then reveals himself when Iron Mask is weak. but then he comes to find out the person who killed his father the head of the gang is actually his uncle and his uncle was angry at his brother and killed him. But then an epic battle. but all of the sudden the undead body of the resurrected ninja by the supposed killed vampire comes after you and Iron mask escapes. he defeats the undead ninja and iron mask goes into hiding. I don't know if it is within Yahoo only or in general. Sometimes my connection says done but nothing on the screen even when I refresh. I've done the defragmentation, deletion processes with my temp files, cookies and history. No viruses etc... HELP!!! Anyone else having problems with Yahoo?
