How long does it take to get a cooking skill cape- runescape

I have 99 cooking and it took me 3 weeks of intense cooking of tuna and lobster. Keep cooking trouts untill about 65 cooking then do trout. Once at 76 cooking, you will stop burning lobsters. Keep with lobsters till about 96, then swordies from there on unless your a member then from 96-99 cook sharks. Hope this helps. The cape is worth it. It might take around 4-6 mill unless you can fish all your fish.
