Mi dad was ment to have me today and now im upset! mi mum and dad split up when i woz onli a day old?

im realy upset because i dont live with my dad and i only ever see him once evry term. he hjas just let me down sayyin i cant see him and because he lives in wales i hardley eva c him!!! i can't stop crying but im glad because all this mornin i have been cryin coz i didnt want to go but now im upset because i cant go!!!! i need help to stop crying any idears
