Help with Immunology! Does this sound like a good way to measure hapten?

Hey it looks pretty accurate, Anti-BSA is the Anti-IgG. you added the sample that contains the BSA. It binds to the Anti-BSA. Enzyme-linked Ab that is specific for the BSA, forms a sandwitch. Substrate added, causes color change. Looks pretty good.
